We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your items are:

  • In their original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
  • Complete with all original tags and hygiene seals intact.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return?

We’ve made returns simple. Follow these steps:

  • 1. Contact Us: Email us at hi@obuyet.com or send a WhatsApp message to +971-56-703-4692.
  • 2. Get Your Label: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to package your item.
  • 3. Courier Pickup: We’ll arrange a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep.

Note: To ensure your refund is processed, please do not send items back without first initiating a request through our team.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your rights are protected under UAE Consumer Law. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) for any verified manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain health and safety standards in the UAE, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants).
  • Personal care products (beauty items, skincare, and opened cosmetics).
  • Customized or personalized items made just for you.
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases).
  • Sale items and Gift Cards (unless defective).

Seamless Exchanges


The quickest way to get a new size or color is to return the original item for a refund. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order whenever you're ready!

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • Timeline: Most refunds appear in your account within 10 business days.
