1. Delivery Timelines

Same-Day Delivery: Available for select locations and orders placed early in the day. Reach out to us on WhatsApp to see if your zone is eligible!

Next-Day Delivery: Our standard for the UAE. To qualify for Next-Day Delivery, please ensure your order is confirmed by 03:30 PM (GST).

Quick Tip: Orders confirmed after 03:30 PM will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates

Standard Delivery: AED20 for all orders.

Free Shipping: We are happy to offer FREE delivery on all orders over AED99.

4. How It Works

Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email/SMS the moment your order is confirmed.

Tracking: We will send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

The Handover: Our courier will call or WhatsApp you to ensure you are home before arriving.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We welcome Cash on Delivery for your convenience across the UAE. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the courier to ensure a smooth hand-off.

6. Delivery Protocol & Safety

Your package's safety is our priority. If you prefer a "Contactless Delivery," please let our courier know when they call you. They will leave the package at your doorstep or with your building's reception/security.

7. Missed Deliveries

Life happens! If you miss your delivery, our courier will attempt to reach you again the following day. After three unsuccessful attempts, the package will return to our hub, and a member of the Obuyet team will contact you to reschedule.
